Reorders are approved based on the availability of the product. The Gathering Board LLC d.b.a. Flouwer Co., hereafter referred to as “Flouwer Co.”, reserves the right to decline orders for any reason.

 

WEB COMMERCE RESTRICTIONS

No products or goods purchased from or produced by Flouwer Co. shall be resold by or through an online auction or 3rd party online marketplace/store (such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, or other similar sites) without the express, written authority of Flouwer Co.

 

RESELLING TO WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Wholesale Accounts may not redistribute or resell Flouwer Co. products to any other entity for resale without the express, written authority of Flouwer Co. 

 

RE-PACKAGING OR RE-LABELING

Wholesale Accounts may not re-package, modify or re-label Flouwer Co. products without the express, written authority of Flouwer Co.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

All first time orders must be accompanied by pre-payment, and we accept checks, credit cards and PayPal. Although uncommon, Flouwer Co. may cancel a pre-sale order at any time before the delivery date if the items ordered are no longer able to be produced, and the Wholesale Account will be refunded in full.

  

SHIPPING/HANDLING

Currently, we are only able to ship domestically. We use USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground. No COD orders.

 

SHIPPING ERRORS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

Order errors must be brought to the attention of Flouwer Co. within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. We realize that in order to protect our reputation, we must also protect yours; if you or your customer find an issue related to printing or manufacturing within 60 days, we will work with you to find a resolution.

 

MERCHANTABILITY AND MISREPRESENTATIONS

Wholesale Account agrees that Flouwer Co. makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of Flouwer Co. products. Wholesale Account also agrees that Flouwer Co. is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by the Wholesale Account or the final retail purchaser or consumer, and indemnifies Flouwer Co. for any legal actions that emanate from such actions.

Flouwer Co. reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice, however, Flouwer Co. will do it’s best to keep the Wholesale Account informed of any changes. Either party, with 30-day written notice, can terminate the wholesale relationship.
